Résumé : Point-of-care diagnostics represent a great opportunity for improving healthcare and public health. But devising portable and simple-to-use diagnostic platforms typically comes at the cost of lower analytical performances. Emmanuel Delamarche will present simple, but elegant, concepts that may bring point-of-care diagnostics to the next level by encoding flow at the microscale and realizing biochemical reactions involving nanoliter volumes and parallel reactions in just a few square millimeters.
